Chocolate Cupcakes

  • ¾ teaspoon Simply Chef baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Simply Chef baking soda
  • ½ cup unsweetened natural cocoa powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup milk
  • 5 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  1. Preheat the oven to 3500.Line a 12- cup muffin tin with paper.
  2. In a large bowl, sift the baking soda, baking powder, all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt, thoroughly combine and set aside.
  3. In a medium bowl, beat the eggs, put granulated sugar, brown sugar, oil, butter, vanilla, milk and beat with mixer at low speed until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture into the muffin tins, filling them about one half.
  5. Bake the cupcakes 18-23 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cupcakes comes out clean.
  6. Let the cupcakes cool down.
  7. Top it with vanilla butter cream and heart shaped sprinkles.
