- ¾ teaspoon Simply Chef baking powder
- ½ teaspoon Simply Chef baking soda
- ½ cup unsweetened natural cocoa powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup milk
- 5 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Chocolate Cupcakes
- Preheat the oven to 3500.Line a 12- cup muffin tin with paper.
- In a large bowl, sift the baking soda, baking powder, all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt, thoroughly combine and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, beat the eggs, put granulated sugar, brown sugar, oil, butter, vanilla, milk and beat with mixer at low speed until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the muffin tins, filling them about one half.
- Bake the cupcakes 18-23 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cupcakes comes out clean.
- Let the cupcakes cool down.
- Top it with vanilla butter cream and heart shaped sprinkles.
