- ¾ cup of Simply Chef Pure Cornstarch
- 4 cups of coconut milk
- 1 can of condensed milk (380grams)
- 3/4cup of evaporated or fresh milk
- ¾ cup of sugar
- 1 can of sweet kernel corn (400grams)
- 1 cup of grated cheese

- Pour coconut milk, sugar and condensed milk in a pot. Stir well until ingredients are blended. Simmer and stir regularly
- Combine the cornstarch and fresh milk or evaporated milk until the cornstarch is totally dissolved.
- Slowly pour the cornstarch mixture in the pot while stirring it thoroughly add the drained sweet kernel corn.
- Stir continuously until the mixture thickens.
- Pour it in a tray and allow it to slightly cool. Then refrigerate for about 1-2 hours.
- Put the grated cheese on top and cut into squares.
- Serve and enjoy!
