- 1 pack of 500g Simply Chef Pancit Canton
- 3 tbsp. cooking oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup pork , thinly sliced
- ½ cup shrimps
- 4 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Simply Chef Ground Black Pepper
- 1 pc. Pork broth cube
- 1 cup snow peas
- 1 medium carrot
- 6 cups water or pork stock celery, chopped
- 1 small cabbage, chopped
Pancit Canton
- Blanch all vegetables (snow peas, carrots, celery & cabbage?) in a pan or wok.
- In a separate wok, sauté garlic and onion. Add the sliced pork and shrimps until tender.
- Add soy sauce and seasoning. Cook for few minutes.
- Add six (6) cups of water or pork stock. Let it simmer then add the noodles.
- Cook until noodles are tender and some of the stock is absorbed.
- Add the blanched vegetables and toss with the noodles.
- Add salt and black pepper to taste.
- Transfer to a serving plate and squeeze some lemon or calamansi.
