Pancit Canton

  • 1 pack of 500g Simply Chef Pancit Canton
  • 3 tbsp. cooking oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 cup pork , thinly sliced
  • ½ cup shrimps
  • 4 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Simply Chef Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 pc. Pork broth cube
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 6 cups water or pork stock celery, chopped
  • 1 small cabbage, chopped
  1. Blanch all vegetables (snow peas, carrots, celery & cabbage?) in a pan or wok.
  2. In a separate wok, sauté garlic and onion. Add the sliced pork and shrimps until tender.
  3. Add soy sauce and seasoning. Cook for few minutes.
  4. Add six (6) cups of water or pork stock. Let it simmer then add the noodles.
  5. Cook until noodles are tender and some of the stock is absorbed.
  6. Add the blanched vegetables and toss with the noodles.
  7. Add salt and black pepper to taste.
  8. Transfer to a serving plate and squeeze some lemon or calamansi.
