Special Chicken Lomi

  • 200g Simply Chef Lomi
  • 3 tablespoon of cooking oil
  • 4 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 cup of chicken meat
  • ½ cup of chicken liver
  • 1 cup of squid ball
  • 1 cup of kikiam
  • Simply Chef Black pepper cracked
  • 12 cups of chicken broth
  • A small carrot, jelienned
  • 1 small cabbage chopped
  • ½ cup of onion leeks (chopped)
  • 4 tablespoons of cornstarch
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  1. Heat oil on a pan, sauté the garlic and onion.
  2. Add the chicken meat, chicken liver, squid balls, kikiam and continue stir frying over medium heat.
  3. Put 12 cups of chicken broth and bring it to boil.
  4. Add Simply Chef Lomi and boil for 7-8 minutes or until the noodles are cooked
  5. Put the ¼ cup of water to cornstarch and stir to mix. Pour and stir until the soup thickens.
  6. Put the carrots, cabbage, onion leeks.
  7. Pour the beaten eggs and stir continuously, add salt and Simply Chef Black Pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
