Tempura

  • 6 slices of pork loin or tender loin
  • 230 grams of Simply Chef Bread Crumbs
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup of flour
  • Vegetable oil
  • Salt
  • Simply Chef Black pepper
  • Shredded cabbage
  • Lemon
  1. Remove the fat trimming of the loin.
  2. Pound the loin to flatten. Put salt and pepper on both sides. Set aside for 20 minutes to absorb the flavor.
  3. Dredge the loin in flour and dip into beaten eggs.
  4. Coat both sides of the loin with Robinsons bread crumbs.
  5. Heat a frying pan then pour the cooking oil. Deep fry the pork loin for 5 to 7 minutes or until golden brown. Do not cook in high heat so as not to burn the bread crumbs.
  6. Arrange the loin chops in the plate with shredded cabbage and garnish it with lemon wedges.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
