- Simply Chef Sotanghon
- 2 tbsp. cooking oil
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 pc. Onion, chopped
- 6 tbsp. atsuete oil
- 4 cups shrimp stock or water
- Spring onion & fried garlic for garnishing
- 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Sotanghon
- Boil the chicken breast in 15 cups of water until cooked. Set aside the broth and sliced the chicken into strips.
- Sauté the onion and garlic.
- Add the chicken strips, patis (fish sauce) and cook for about 2 minutes.
- Add chicken broth and chicken broth cube and bring to a boil.
- Add the Simply Chef Sotanghon and boil until noodles are cooked.
- Add salt and Simply Chef Black pepper powder to taste.
- Place the sotanghon on a bowl, add the boiled egg and garnish it with green onions. Serve hot.
