Banana Blossoms (Bulaklak ng Saging)

Banana Blossom or Tuyong Bulaklak ng Saging in Filipino is added in cooking pork adobo, or other adobo variants, Filipino version of Humba (braised pork) and paksiw na pata ng baboy (pork knuckle stew/braised ham hocks). Adding tuyong bulaklak ng saging provides sweetness and distinct aroma.
